    So apparently there's a big kickball game coming up, and as usual, the head of the local governments are having a friendly wager. In addition to wearing the scarf of the winner (seriously, scarfs. What's up with that? Nothing will intimidate your opponent quicker than showing them you know how to accessorize), the loser has to send the winner a case of beer.     As the wager is for a case of beer, these won't be eligible. I assume we'll never know what Mayor McGinn would have sent...
