Any good breweries I should know about before I stop by tonight?

15 minutes from Pizza Boy, 35-45 minutes from Troegs, Zero Day is a new one in Downtown Harrisburg that recently opened, haven't been there yet though. If you go to Pizza Boy hit up @PA-Michigander, he's the BA ambassador for Central PA.

Traveling from OH? You'll pass a number of good options, depending on your starting location. Based solely on your destination, Pizza Boy is about ten minutes away, Troegs twenty.

EDIT: @JNForsyth Fist shake; you just beat me to it. Great minds and all that. Cheers.

Too bad you're not there on a Friday night. I loved having some cold cans of Yuengling Black & Tan while sitting in the bleachers on Beer Hill at Williams Grove Speedway.

    Without a doubt, Pizza Boy.

@JNForsyth is outta his mind! Not for recommending Pizza Boy which is a must stop.

Also worth checking out, depending on the time you'll be coming through, is Molly Pitcher in Carlsile, PA.

    Have fun!

@PA-Michigander, if you're ever at Al's/Pizza Boy on a Tuesday evening, I'm usually there (in a shirt and tie, with long hair, which narrows it down) with a buddy or two, usually in the tall table row. Say hey and I'll stand you a pint. Same goes for any other local BAs I may not have met.

Thanks all for the recs. Frequently drive through Harrisburg from Kennett Square en route to Charleston WV for work, and always looking for more options than Pizza Boy, or a way out of the way trip to Fat Head's Salon.
