Any ba's want to meet up for beers this week? I am on a brewery tour around the great lakes this week with my brother. Will be at Jackie os for the next 2 nights (sun/mon) then on to jolly pump tues, bells/founders we'd and thurs. Chicago area fri, FFF on sat, upland on sun and then back to Cleveland for flight home on mon. I looking for someone to get into some trouble with/ Would love to meet some new ba's. What say ye great lakers?

While in cleveland, id highly recommend the brew kettle which is about 10-15a min aeay from the airport. Go to www.thebrewkettle.com and click on tap. Awesome food as well!
I second this... I hit up the Brew Kettle on Saturday and their Kitka (chocolate coconut milk stout) was incredible. I have a feeling that it will become a regular stop anytime I'm in the Cleveland/Akron area.
What time is your flight out of Cleveland Monday? Do you have time to get somewhere before you leave?
If you are free Friday I am off work around 5:00 and we can hit Half acre for a quick tasting and then Revolution tasting room. I also just got back from Alchemist brewing 2 weeks ago and grabbed a case of Heady Topper so we can hit my backyard deck quickly for another tasting and then onto Maproom. Let me know. Cheers! Fitz
Can you just go to Half Acre for a tasting on a Friday evening? I thought they only did a tour at 1pm on Saturday and their taproom hasn't opened yet. If I'd known you could go there other days, I'd have visited ages ago.

Thats the hope. It looks good, but my nephew is due any day, so that could be another monkey wrench in the plan, a happy one though.
I second all of this! I stopped there after my BA Naked Evil haul and I loved there Kitka Milk Stout. I am still sipping off the growler of it I brought back to Michigan
Well, before I got to work today, I was thinking about making the drive up that way. I've never met a BA (that I didn't already know) before and thought it would be cool. Just found out I have a meeting Monday and I don't think I can make it up. That said, if you post a time and place, and if things play out right or change again like they already have, I may be able to swing up for a bit.
