I once met in Somers Point for a tasting of some other BA members. Since then I haven't gotten together with anyone and I would like to sit and sip with some like-minded people. Are there any BA members in the SJ area that would be willing to schedule a meetup?

Depending on where in SJ, I'd be willing to meet up

    Would depend on location.

Would there be any interest in meeting somewhere near the AC area?

I'd be up for that. I'm in the Cherry Hill area, but I'd honestly meet up anywhere.

i am about to hijack this thread for a second, but i have a question i feel you guys will have good input on. if we wanted to do a jersey fest, is there a spot in the state more equally convenient/inconvenient to all than great adventure?

If outdoors, Horse Park of NJ in Allentown is in the middle of the state and close to the tpk/195. Plenty of room. Thanks for considering this, a Jersey centric beer fest would be incredible.

I think that is a good spot, it is very accessible in that is only an 1 to 2 hour drive for most in NJ and you would also draw big from Philly area. Before anyone goes questioning my NJ cred I spend 50+ hours a week working in that fine state. :grinning:

Think this is a good suggestion too.

GA is as central as you could get, but lacks public transportation. Which if I'm drinking, might be nice.

@augiecarton Monmouth Park, has the needed public transportation, parking, hotels in the area for people to stay over and gives the ability to make it a destination with the beach close by

too far east (great for us less than 10 miles) but not fair for cape may and flying fish and the new brewers between and all their locals. plus the park all ready has some big beer fest

Does the Princeton area seem equitable?

seems reasonable to me, but i suffer fro this conceit that all of NJ is 1 hour from atlantic highlands and the farther i wander to the corners for cool little bars the more i learn that this is a long, long,,, long state

Cinnaminson, NJ here. I think somewhere between Princeton/Lawrence and Allentown/Hamilton would be great. All easily accessible from 95/195/295.

Could Arm & Hammer Park or Sun National Bank Center in Trenton work? That adds in public transit options from NJ Transit and Septa.

It is certainly in the bubble I'd call central to most of the state.
