It would nice to have a formal way to have more informal events or meetups. I would suggest a new forum or if this would get too cumbersome a sub forum for each geographic area. This would be a spot to let other BA members know where we are going to be and linkup. I will give examples. When I go on vacation I usually bring a lot of home brew. At any given resort there may be BA members that would love to get together to share. If I am hitting Dogfish it would be nice if I could sample and taste with a few other BA compadres.
We're planning on bring this back to the Events Calendar and breaking it out on a separate page like the old days to encourage more BA gatherings. We'll also address how conversations surrounding the gatherings will work too.
