Anyone brewing this Memorial Day weekend? I'm making the first stage of a starter for a Sunday brew right now.

    Cheers

I'm definitely going to try to get one or two batches in. I haven't brewed in May yet! Currently the most likely candidates are a dunkelweizen and possibly the first stage of a sour.

I just ordered the ingredients for 5 more brew days. I will not be able to brew, but I may transfer to secondary. I brewed a Vienna Ale last week end, so I may transfer just to wash the yeast.

No brewing for me. Saison with ECY14 is still fermenting away, crashing a Kolsch, and my BCBS stout. Carbing up a tart wheat and a stout.

Heading to the mountains for the weekend- gonna be drinking some good beer in WNC all weekend.

Going to keg an IPA and Berliner. Bottling a Flanders red and probably going to sour a bretted saison that I'm not feeling. I'm also going to set aside a gallon of the Berliner to put on raspberries. If I like how that comes out I might fruit my next batch.

A traditional and very historically accurate Raspberry Grisette.

Going to do a Citra Pale Ale this weekend. Goal: Nice citrus hop character with a medium body malt backbone! Starter is on the stir plate now.

No brewing for me. I will be in Portland celebrating 12 years with my beautiful bride. I will enjoy the fruits of other brewer's labors. Cascade, HoTD, Upright, Burnside, Widmer. I am getting some yeast stepped up for future brews before leaving tho.

Just gonna try to catch up on bottling. Definitely the peated porter that's been bulk aging for a bit (hasn't been any rush since I'm not gonna touch it until fall, anyhow), and maybe the imperial cider thats been sitting on a bit of bourbon soaked oak spiral for the past six weeks if I have the bottles/time.

Well, no brewing for me, as the marathon sessions of a week and a half ago have my fermentation freezers completely filled, and none are ready to bottle yet.

Just put the lids on a split batch of Saison, fermenting with DuPont and Blaugies yeast. Will bottle my witbier mañana. Will re-start some 1056 in prep for my next brew (IIPA).

Brewing an IPA and a rebrew of something similar to Double Bastard. Shooting for the same flavors but a lower OG. I call it Bastard and a Half.

Will be opening up a Belgian I bottled a few weeks ago. I'm quite certain it will be garbage as I know fermentation temp got a little too high :/

Depending on timing I have a single/double brewday planned, both ipas. I have a bunch of citra, amarillo, cascade, ctz, nugget and belma to work with. Haven't come up with the hop schedules yet but I don't think there's a bad combination in the bunch.

I'll be kegging my Go to IPA for my Keezer I just finished this week. Super excited for that. I also be brewing a Wheat with Mosaic.

Make that two. Will be my first crack at the style and at using brewcipher instead of a hogpodge of calculations from questionable sources.

Hefe with a touch of melanoidin malt. Decoctions be damned! (not to start that debate)
