I make the commute across i-90 everyday (along with thousands of others) and I would love a good place to stop in to skip the traffic and have a beer. Are there any good bars on Mercer Island that fill growlers and offer a selection of craft beers? It seems like this is the only remaining area in the seattle region that lacks a brewery or at least a craft beer taphouse/bottle shop.
I seem to remember this question coming up years ago, and that at the time, there was a bar that had an acceptable craft beer selection, but I can't remember the name. You've already looked through the database, right?
