Greetings all, A long day of preparing Eggs Benedict for a crew and drinking great sparkling wine from everywhere and new beers from Knee Deep, and a steady diet of Sierra Nevada Pale Ales. I hope that everyone has had as beautiful a day as I have had! My son and daughter came over, with my grand-kids, and their dogs- laden with presents and goodies and new tales for the ages. We had to chase down Otis, my Walker Hound, who is on a mission to escape from Paradise- that dog is a load, but we love him dearly. Anyway, a great day, and I wish everyone a Merry Christmas!
