    BA,

I was wondering if the 2 year purge is a one time thing, a rotating thing (monthly, yearly, etc.) or more of a conveyor. What I mean by conveyor is that, following the example you gave in your initial announcement, would a conversation last replied to on September 12th, be deleted on September 13th?

"Conversations (private messages) that were last replied to two or more years ago will be permanently deleted as part of our regular daily maintenance.

    Example:

Deleted: a conversation that was started on January 1, 2014 and last replied to on August 12, 2014.

Not Deleted: a conversation that was started on January 1, 2014 and last replied to on August 12, 2016."

I'm not sure if they has been answered anywhere else. I didn't see any talk about the deletion.

I think the first paragraph you quoted answers your question. This process will be done daily. The oldest message currently in my inbox has a last replied by date of Sep 10 2014. I expect that message will be purged in a couple days as part of this process.

As stated, it's now part of our regular daily maintenance.
