Metalic Flavor

    I am drinking a 2012 Old Guardian that I bought this year from a local bottle shop. I don't know how it was treated over the previous 3 years, but from the time that I have had it, it has been at room temp, standing up, in the dark. It has a metalic finish, and I cannot figure out where this flavor comes from. Any ideas?
