Fresh zwickels are a thing of beauty. I hope more places start brewing this style or even kellerbiers.
In years past, The Bavarian Lodge in Lisle would often have a Metropolitan zwickel on tap. So hopefully they'll getting this. And for anyone going to the great taste in Madison: Last year Metropolitan had a special zwickel tapping. Maybe since it's not a hop bomb, it lasted all afternoon. So my buddy & I kept going back to get more zwickel. Hopefully they'll do this again this year.
