Mike, can you check and see if bottle shares will be allowed while waiting in line?

 

Mike, just to get the question out of the way - I already have people asking me about it - what's the policy on open containers in the brewery's parking lot? Is this going to be one of those bottle releases where as long as you're in a certain area, it's OK to open and share bottles? Or should people not even bother bringing anything?

 

I would say that is treading on dangerous ground. Mt P is yuppyville, and the cops are usually looking for an excuse to bust some people. I am hoping they will have a separate line for tap sales. Give people something to drink while they wait.

My thoughts too, James. That said, it's going to really suck standing around for what I anticipate to be hours with nothing to do but look at Mike's ugly mug.

Man, 3pm and a 10 day early announcement. May have to try to get the day off work, cause thats probably what its going to take to get a hold of these.

 

IMHO, given the details Zack just mentioned above, I wouldn't set up a pretrade with anyone...I don't think anyone really knows what this is going to turn into as SC has never seen a release similar to this.

 

Mike, any idea if Westbrook will allow folding/pop-out chairs in the line?

I think the Friday release will limit how big the line will be at 3pm.

 

How many cases of each is there?

 

600 bottles of Cab, 480 bottles each of the other 2 I believe, so 50/40/40.

You can believe that limit will be lowered before next Friday.
