Lines around 30 now.

 

We were already waiting in line in Winston-Salem for the BASC release last night/ this morning when we got word... due to the plans we already had around being at Foothills, there was no way to get to Charleston on short notice. Positives... I got a case of BASC, and there is no longer the need to plan a future drive to Charleston for the MC release. Negatives... I wont be getting any MC bottles.

There appears to be a full pallet or damn close near close to one left. There's still a long line so it's anyone's guess at this point. The bottle limit was changed to 4pp so hopefully that lets more people grab a bottle.

 

Some familiar faces cycling through the line again, I'm guessing it won't make it past today, bottles at least.

 

Yup seen people getting in line twice trying to cut or get randoms to get it for them. Glad I was close to the front.

Just left. They still have more. Line died down a bit.

 

No line, as in not a single person trying to buy any....they just pulled another pallet out. I suspect you will be able to get it on Tuesday...you might look later in the week as well for a spicier version

They haven't told us what we are getting for distro yet, FYI, or when we will get it.

 

They actually said you could go back through again!! I'm assuming they wanted the bottles that were allotted for today gone so they didn't have to do this again Tuesday. When you ask if it's ok to go back through again and without hesitation they say yes, what's the problem!!

 

Exactly! They knocked the limit down to four, but then said you could go through again. They must have been expecting a bigger turnout and wanted to make sure everyone got a shot. I thought Westbrook did a great job with this today. Unfortunately for them they didn't know about the release ahead of time and thus they didn't have the event properly staffed. That said, the line moved pretty quickly...the bar, not so much, but it wasn't from a lack of trying. As a Chicago guy, I only wish releases up my way went this well.

 

So they were not selling coffee mexican cake? That was only on tap?

How could they themselves not know about the release ahead of time?
