It looks like I am getting a bottle of this in a trade, :grinning: <---me. Should I crack this open as soon as I get it, or let it age???

Any experience with this out there?

It really hasn't been out that long yet, so it is hard to say honestly. With the peppers in it, I would expect it to be similar to Hunahpu as far as aging goes.

Which means if you enjoy the pepper/spicy element...drink ASAP.

No experience with this beer but my general experience with pepper beers is that the flavor goes away but not the heat. IMHO that makes them poor candidates for extended aging.
