    That is awesome. I see they still have several staff job openings, including general manager and hospitality manager, so I bet it will be a while before the taproom opens.

    Some good news for Rochester — Spotting Octopus (Buffalo) is opening a second location where Roc Brewing was. Moving all production there too, shooting for a Spring 2025 opening.

    That location was turnkey so I don’t imagine there will be any worries of delay there.

    I saw this new light lager popping up in 12oz cans at bars in NYC. It’s called skinny house. Says it’s brewed in westchester and appears to be based out of Brewster, NY. Trying to figure out who/where is brewing this? It appears to be a brand similar to garage beer or Sunday beer co.

    I have no clue, but I was speculating Marlowe? Zac already made a great light lager with snappy when he was at 12 percent.

    According to my buddy that works at Half Time, it's brewed out of Simple Motive in Yonkers.
