I would probably agree that's their best beer overall. Huge grapefruit flavors that really suit my taste.
Um... thanks... I guess. We just released one keg of Middle Child outside of the tap room and it was tapped about ten minutes ago at Kinsale downtown if anyone happens to be in the area and is interested.
Not right now unfortunately. We just don't have the capacity. We make about 12-13 beers rotationally and even though our tap room is only open two days a week, we just can't keep up. Beers really only last two days in the tap room and they're gone. We're taking over a large space in our current building on Jan 1 and will be trying to manage an expansion as tightly as possible and get more capacity online. Even with that though... between simply opening our tap room a bit more and then adding the tap accounts we have on waitlist, I don't know that any significant capacity would be available for bottling/canning. For a while it is just going to be taps and growlers. We're trying though.
We got absolutely crushed this past Saturday so we are on fumes across the board. Luckily we double batched Middle Child recently so we have a tiny amount left... I think two five gallon logs and that's it. They'll go quickly. If you do stop in... I THINK we have one keg left of Swiss Misstress, our Milk Stout aged on roasted cocao nibs. Ask for a sample. It's gone over very well since its release last weds.
