Wondering if anyone has any info on how it ages.

    Cheers!

I'm not sure but I've got a few in my cellar waiting for next fall.it was too roasted for me fresh; covered up all those awesome flavors lurking beneath. Given midnight suns quality ingredients and brewing practices I don't hesitate to cellar any of their stuff. My experience with pumpkin flavors are that they hold up decently over time. Better than most fruit. So I have high hopes for this.
