    The Midwest has great lagers.

    Rather than just do a Chicagoland version, I figured this could be a catch-all for lagers brewed in our fair region.

    I had an excellent Dortmunder from Pipeworks out of Chicago tonight; it's helpfully titled Delightful Dortmunder. Very nice notes of herbal flower, fresh bread & mild caramel.
