GGW is a remix of Westbrook Gose with citra, amarillo, and brett added, so they're going to be very different. I thought they were both excellent but I bet anyone would prefer GGW because they improved upon an already great product.

So far I haven't tried any midwest versions that have been as tart as Westbrook or Kimmie, Yink, & Holy Gose, which is a shame because I like their take on the style much more than the mild Goosetown and Troublesome.

Maybe Harriet or New Glarus could take a shot at it? I would love to see the Midwest knock this out of the park!

Westbrook flips my cookie big time. I love it. I didnt get any stillwater, but would love to try it based on the reviews.

Schells, Lucid, Pour Decisions, didnt do much for me.

I'd like to see more of this style, but if its not very sour/acidic/funky, it doesnt do much for me. Without the sour kick it just comes off like a weird wheat beer to me.

Here in MO, 2nd Shift Brewery makes Green Bird Gose. Very tasty and refreshing - and only $7-$8 for a 750ML! Perennial has put gose on at the brewery, but I'm not aware of any bottling. Westbrook's GGW is excellent - had it on draft during St. Louis Craft Beer Week last week, and have a couple bottles that I'm excited to pop open.

Completely unrelated to Midwest Gose, but I had a growler of Rapp Gose last night and it was fantastic.

Just throwing that out there for my fellow Gose lovers.
