    They are in my grossly underserved market(s). So yeah that's why. I gave up on them in Colorado. Tickers, gotta tick. These guys are the first to get purged if my budget tightens up even a little bit...

    Actually the cost of production has very little to do with the price. Brewers price their beers based on what they think the consumer will pay. Mikkeller beers do suck for the most part.

    Maybe that's the problem. I live in Lancaster, and I never see Mikkeller on tap. If I saw it competitively priced on tap, I'd try some. I only see bottles, and they're always priced higher than I'm willing to spend.
