Mild in May 2015

    Ring Your Mother is actually the only mild I've had this month.

    Due to ill health (& to my eternal shame) ticking fever
    I only managed the one mild (though on cask) which was Privateer Beers' Dark Revenge
    (nice but not proper proper mild) though Ba shows two but I refute that Clogwyn Gold is light mild.

    Which is a shame because within ten minutes walk is the quarry bank with a smashing pint of Hyde's Owd Oak
    or same ten minutes on bus to Dunham Massey's tap(Costello's) for their IMHO textbook exemplary Dark Mild
    (on cask, bottled it's pish & piss)

    Oh well, I swear I'll relent with hunting down new brews once I get to 2500

    Enjoying a Timothy Taylor's Golden Best at The Leopard in Bishops Tachbrook. Nice area, nicer pub, better beer. So glad to have found a mild so easily.

    Got pissed up at the Harp yesterday on Gadd's Thoroughly Modern Mild. Light in colour with amazing head retention. An absolutely bloody superb pint.
