Watching brew dogs and they did a collaboration brew with bear rep. And sierra nevada, they made an imperial milk stout with grape must. Is there anyone making a milk stout with grape must on a larger scale cuz im super intrigued?

In Colorado, Ska Brewing did Hibernal Vinifera Stout (not a milk but a foreign import) and Odell did Amuste (and that was a porter). I really liked the Ska one. Canned and I think they were going to make it a seasonal.

The way everybody described the beer, chocolate and dark berries and creamyness, just sounds wonderful

That description reminds me a bit of Backyard Rye, without the Rye barrel influence

I can confirm that the Ska brewing Hibernal Vinifera is indeed awesome. For the money, one of the best stouts in my opinion.

Also at 8% its bordering on imperial stout territory. I wonder if they billed it as an Oak Aged Imperial stout with grapes, would it get more attention/hype.

Between this and a imperial coconut stout made with 100% natural cane sugar Im hype for stouts again
