Figured I'd start this thread since there isn't a dedicated one to it yet, but appears to be a trending/upcoming style. I did a brief forum search and all posts concerning this style are from the past year.

I found a couple lactose-based IPAs locally and was pleasantly surprised by them. I was a little worried before delving in that lactose wouldn't meld well with NEIPA juiciness, but found the sweetness worked well to complement the juice and even smoothed the feel out some too. The one's I've tried so far are Peach Frappe from John Harvard's and First from Exhibit 'A' Brewery, both located in Framingham, MA.

What are other's perception of this style and which ones have you had?

    Cheers!

not a NEIPA but Apocalypse Cow Double IPA from 3 Floyds I remember liking quite a bit when I had it many years ago.

My perspective is that they better friggin' label them as containing lactose (draft and container). Another option is to increase the number of stalls in the men's room.
