Vinnie and I are shooting to have a bottle share on Friday night at a restaurant that he owns. I've created an event on Facebook so people can coordinate bottles and we can sort out a starting time. Feel free to click through, request to join the group and indicate your interest.

FYI we are starting at 6:00 p.m., not 7:00 p.m., so that a guy can get some beer in before he has to leave at 8:00. :slight_frown:

Basically, get there when you can between 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.

They were lame enough to invite a FIB like me (Badger born and raised) to a tasting this weekend. Pretty good lineup though:

From one side of the spectrum BA Everett was awesome as was Pirate Bomb.

On the other side I have had Love Child 4 and Chevalier twice thankfully and both are great. Figaro and Kiwi were very enjoyable too, Kiwi is the only one I wouldn't have wanted a large pour of though

I'd agree that the BA Everett and Pirate Bomb were two of the highlights. Dark Lord and Darkness obviously never disappoint. I personally really like S'more Money. It's a good rendition of a smore in a bottle, and I wish it was easier to get.

We did all four sours in a row, and I think that was kind of tastebud overload. Especially since the Kiwi Lambic is a face-twisting fist to the mouth. I really really liked it, but I think having multiple super acidic sours was a little rough.

The only bottle from the lineup that I didn't much care for was the 2012 Twelve Dog. It didn't seem like age did that one very much good. I haven't had the fresh one yet, so I'm not sure what the flavor profile is supposed to be, but my guess is that it got oxidized over the years.
