Recently dove into BIAB instead of extract. Looking to do my second batch for the holiday season. I’d like to brew something similar to an Andes mint chocolate candy. I’ve searched at great length about this with not as many hits as I’d hoped for. So I decided to turn to the educated veterans of BA. a few questions:

    1. Does anyone have a descent recipe for a good chocolately stout/milk stout?

    2. When and what kind of mint is recommended to give a nice aroma/flavor? As of now I was thinking 100% peppermint tea bags last 10-15 min of boil and perhaps in secondary.

    3. Has anyone ever had experience with dry-hopping with candy canes? I thought it might be a fun idea but not sure if the sugars from the candy would screw things up.

Any help will be greatly appreciated. And thanks in advance!!

The base recipe (without the banana) for -> this one <- is pretty chocolatey. And sweet (which I would recommend for the beer you're attempting).
