I think it is a great marketing idea to get people to buy more beer

 

Surdick's had a few bottles left. Don't hate me, I did buy one.

 

Out of curiosity, what were they charging?

 

$16.99 they really have some good prices lately. $11.29 for LB Irish Coffee Stout another solid price.

 

I saw a place in MPLS (can't remember the name) that I asked when they were going to get it in. I forgot about it and later called them to ask if they had any left. They said they hadn't sold any so there was no limit. I sure hope this is as good as the 2009!!! Wonder what the 2005 is drinking like right now? I would love to try a bottle but the chances are about as good as me having a cellar as big as the guy I am setting a trade up with. The man has 700ish different beers (crazy ones) and who knows how many of each. I barely recognized half the beer on his wants list.

Wow!! I just paid $14 for the Irish Coffee yesterday.

 

I hit Liquor Barrel (Golden Valley), Sids and Plymouth Liquor all off of 55 and there was plenty of it on the shelves at all of them.

Any update on this for Nebraska?

 

No sign of it in Iowa, which I am really bummed about.

 

Was at Liquor Boy in SLP an hour ago and they have 3+ cases. Also some BA Old Raspy.

 

Now that I would love to try, can't say I've ever seen it in Rochester. Can someone tell me I'm wrong?

 

A lot of BA Raspy at Byerlys SLP when I was there Sat.

 

How much were they charging? It was $21 at LB, which made me hesitate.

 

I think its the same price ($20.99), I have been staring at BA Raspy and 2011 Old Stock Reserve , but at $21-22 a 500 ml cant pull the trigger

 

The bottle is deceiving. Looks like a 650, but it's only a 500 ml.
