    Actually brewers do this themselves, either inhouse or outhouse (in collaboration).

    I um, hate to admit this in public, but I mix my Cold Mountain with Death by Coconut or Burial's Bolo (coconut infused brown ale). It reminds me of the Coconut infused Cold Mountain at their release party. Fantastic.
