It's true: mklever42 just destroyed my porch. Like a monster. Like a boss. Like a monster boss. He just sent me a free box (free!) which was intended to make up for the fact that he couldn't send any extras in the 2 excellent trades which we did last year. I just went through that box and I am stunned. It is crammed FULL of Colorado goodness. This man, mklever42, is one of the best traders it has ever been my pleasure to trade with. Attentive to detail, excellent communication, great packaging, prompt shipping, and incredibly generous. Do not pass up a chance to trade with him. Open message to mklever42: In the words of The Dude, "This will not stand, ya know, this aggression will not stand, man." Fortify your porch defenses. I am preparing a retaliatory strike.
Aw come on now fellas. I just try to reciprocate the pleasure of trading with great people. After people have blown me out of the water before, I just try to treat people the way I have been treated. My motto: Just be humble, generous and don't worry about $4$ or "winning" the trade.
Here's a pic: Left to right: Trinity Brewing goblet, Trinity Pappy Legba Imperial Saison, Trinity Little Death Ride Saison Apocalyptique, Trinity Red Swingline IPA Primitif (a sour IPA!), two bottles of Elevation Oil Man Imperial Stout, and Crooked Stave Surette Provision Saison. My 2 favorite styles: BA imperial stouts and saisons. Oh sure, he comes across as modest, but I say it again: mklever42 is a monster.
very generous box indeed. There are a handful of bad traders but it's nothing compared to the shit ton of generous ba's on this site!
I'm glad I saw this thread. I've traded with Mark a couple of times and he has been quite generous. I know it's not a competition of generosity, but when the guy sends awesomeness, I have to send him awesomeness in return. Mark is a guy who I have never met and have never even spoken to over the phone. However, the trades and beermails that we have exchanged have made me feel that I have made a true friend. That's beer advocacy. That's a kind hearted person. Thanks again Mark (and the Bros for having this website). I owe you.
