MLB Survivor Pick 'em BIF

Introducing the most phenomenal MLB BIF ever...

I've been kicking this idea around for a while and finally decided to go through with it. Here are the specs:

1. Starting with the first day of the MLB season (March 31) you pick one team to win their game that day.

2. You must submit a pick for every day there is a game (unless you've used all the teams playing that day...unlikely), before the first game of the day starts. Picks should be submitted by email to [email protected]. For strategic and administrative reasons, picks submitted on the thread or by beermail will not be accepted.

3. You can only pick a team once.

4. If you pick two games wrong you're out. Yes, that's double elimination.

5. If you forget to submit a pick it counts as a wrong pick.

6. If you repeat a pick it counts as a wrong pick.

7. If you pick against the Cleveland Indians it counts as a wrong pick. Yes that's a real rule. My game, my rules.

8. I'll keep track of everything in a public Google doc, but I can't promise it will be updated every single day. You are responsible for keeping track of who you've used and who you haven't.

9. The Survivor wins a box of beer from me.

**I find it highly unlikely that anyone, let alone more than 1 person, will make it through all 30 teams, but if they do I will make up a rule to settle the tie.

I'm going to cap this at 50 people. I wanted to do 100 but even 50 is going to be an administrative debacle, so we'll go with 50.
