MN restaurant beer list strangeness

    Saw this the other day at Sea Salt and found it odd. I can understand posting reviews/ratings saying that the beers you're pouring are well liked, but what's the point of posting a low score review of a beer other than keeping anyone from buying it? My assumption was that it's poking fun at the review maybe but I don't really know. Anyone have any idea?

    Wow that is awesome. Yeah that is my relatively recent review. I just read it again and stand by my thoughts. Not sure why they would post that review on their menu?

    I'd seen a photo of a menu there where they trashed another beer they had on tap, this time it was Lagunitas Pils. Why, why, why would you publicly disparage, on your menu, a beer that you're are trying to sell? If you think Zap's review is funny or whatever, tell your friend, post it on facebook, but on your menu? Bizarre behavior.

    What's more bizaare is when a store manager trys to tell me that Preservation is "highly sought-after" when i can see dozens (literally, dozens) of cases sitting on the floor.

    It pains me to dump on a beer that's brewed for charity, but why would Sea Salt offer such a sub standard beer in the first place? And then presumably shit all over it? So fucking strange.

    Maybe they don't like the rep and instead of saying no to putting it on, they thought they would be funny and bash it...because they are terrible people?

    This has gotten me curious as to how you display your cans (innuendo fully intended). Do you make lanterns out of them or something? Why no bottom?
