So we've got Ball Park, Giggles, and 10,000 Beers. Anywhere else notable?

That is awesome. My families favorite collective food at the fair is the walleye cakes at Campfire. We make it a tradition to get some cakes and head over to the lumberjack competition to watch Geno kick ass year after year. Dude's like 15-20 years older than some of the young pup lumberjacks they get in there and he still kicks ass.

Now I can add some Clown Shoes to the mix. Walleye Cakes, Clown Shoes and Geno....a perfect trifecta.

I would guess I'm the minority-but I always get a severe case of buyers remorse after attending the fair. Seems impossible to get in and out of there for much under a hundo w/ me and the fam. I'm going to pass again this year, although the 10k brews area and Summit Fair IPA sounds real good

They have been in MN for at least a couple years. Not many stores carry their stuff however.

Threw down a Mini Donut and State Fair IPA today at the fair. I approve of both. The mini donut they only had in the small pours, it was perfect size. Good in fact very good but if you run out of cinnamon and sugar on the rim it falls to decent. Tastes like a mini donut. State Fair IPA was glorious for a MN made IPA (not sure if it was 100% but they said it was MN products within). Very hoppy and resiney. Quite enjoyed that one, lots of people lined up at 10 to 1 for this one, but got in there and out quickly.

I heard that the IPA sold out in less than 15 minutes.

Wow, not surprising I guess. Although they were offering it in the small and large pours. So of course I went large (go big or go home). Plus I only had $7 left in my wallet so figured why not.
