Does anyone know if we're getting this in philly? I know it's being distributed but wasn't sure if we should expect it or not.
I am thinking no. It's under the lips of faith series for New Belgium Brewing which is not distributed in Philly yet. Your best bet is state line liquors in Elkton (I don't know if they got it yet), or if Tom gets a keg of it and pours it out on the fundraising tip like he did for La Folie.
The bottles and labels are Lost Abbey style and it says brewed and bottled at Lost Abbey. I'm under the impression that places that carry LA beers would carry this as well. http://beerpulse.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/06/mo-betta-bretta-front.png
Lost Abbey and New Belgium did 2 collaborations. One was under the lips of faith series called Brett Beer. This one was brewed at New Belgium brewery and distributed by them. The other collaboration they did was called Mo Betta Bretta. This was an old Pizza Port beer that Lost Abbey decided to remake. It was brewed at Lost Abbey and distributed by them. Hope this helps.
I was not aware of this label, only the New Belgium Version, now I am getting a bit excited as I want this beer so badly. Thanks for the info and linkage.
