    Well dangit - Jacob goes and cuts off the obvious jokes before they are even made. Sigh...

    I got one, the labels are inconsistent. The other two just say Imperial Stout and the coffee one says Coffee Imperial Stout instead of Imperial Stout with coffee. But who cares, it's just semantics :wink:

    @ModernTimesJacob

    Can you decode your date stickers for me?... Have seen this same sticker on multiple batches of various MT beers.

    As much as I would wish it true, I'm somewhat suspect of a claim that FI and Blazing World can be stored for 10 years :slight_smile:

    Hmmm, yes, I too wish they had a 10 year shelf life. Alas, I'll have to check with our packaging guys on Monday to see what happened here; I'll get back to you. Either way, we haven't used the grocery stickers for about a month or two since the cans now have a "Canned On" date on the bottom. So this should be last of these you see.

    Cheers & thanks,

    Jacob, any tips on finding a store that has fresh resupplies of your cans in the OC area? Everywhere I go seems to have cans that are at least a couple months old.

    So I'm going to go out on a limb and say this is probably just what it looks like: a "Use By" date of 02/11/15. None of the cans we have in-house have grocery stickers, so there's no real way for me to double check which batch this may have come from. Depending on the beer, this may mean it's truly past it's prime (Fortunate/Blazing), a little less awesome than it should be (Black House), or meaningless (Lomaland; I've had delicious year old cans). Opening one is the only real way to know at this point.
    To be honest with you, we just do not sell a huge amount of beer in Orange County. Hi-Times Wine Cellars is our fastest moving can account in OC though, so maybe give that a try.

    Cheers & thanks,

    Appreciate you reaching out, and glad to know we'll have trusty can dates now :slight_smile:

    Yeah, unfortunately, the FI in that pic above was a bit past her prime after purchasing and drinking on Saturday.

    I had the Devil's Teeth with Java last night and it was fantastic. Probably my favorite MT coffee beer yet.

    I am holding onto one bottle right now from the previous releases since I did not know when the new ones would be out. Need more Monsters Park...

    Been loving both City of the Sun (wish I could find more) and City of the Dead. Both fantastic releases. No clue how how they got that awesome mouthfeel on CotD but that coupled with the incredible flavor makes the perfect stout.

    Also had a quick question - have you guys noticed that the MT bombers often times have spilled beer all over them? It looks as if they didn't get a good enough rinse after filling/capping. Doesn't bother me at all, just curious. Have noticed this with Phalanx, Aurora, CotS, and CotD.

    I did noticed that when I grabbed CotD.
