why so? cherry gose sounds great imo and MT has done no wrong on any beer ive ever tried from them.

I would definitely recommend that. I was exactly like you, hated any beer with salt. First time I was in the States and got some bud light or other corona with salt on the rim I wasn't able to drink it. Then years later Westbrook Gose, which apparently most people love. Hate that...and then there was De Garde Hose, which changed everything. It's now my favorite to-go summer beer.
I'm not that much into cherries recently, but I will definitely give this MT gose a a try.

 

And regardless of any of that... at this point, I'm going to try anything that Modern Times throws out there...

Broke the bank and got a $24 dollar growler of floating world. Price seems high but the beer is excellent. I'm not sure what those guys are doing over there but every monthly, festival, seasonal release is just spectacular. I'm already saving the 500 or so dollars I'm going to Need for the 16 ounce cans of City of the Sun.

 

Question...is Monster Park available at the brewery only? Or was it distributed and is it still available?

 

MP was distributed but I haven't seen it anywhere in a while. Might be a few collecting dust in a bottle shop somewhere but you'd need to get lucky or get a tip from someone that has seen it recently.

 

In general, bottles disappear from Modern Times more quickly than they do from outside distribution.

 

Looks like MP will be released in November per their release calendar.

 

Really looking forward to Modern Times releases at the end of 2015/ beginning 2016.

City of the Sun in cans and bottles, Regular Monster's Park and City of the Dead. And hopefully a few barrel aged releases in the mix.

This place should steal the tagline from AM/PM: Too much good stuff.

 

Always excited to see what MT is release next. I would love to see a B2 of palace of the cracked heads or something along those lines.

 

I'm pretty sure they've got some kind of sour in barrels with some stone fruit currently. Hopefully it will be the same sort of deal.

 

Next batch of sours are blondes with fruit. Last one were Flanders and Oud Bruins.

I wish they'd do a BPT for shares of stock in the company... I'd pay $30 for that

 

Opened up one of the 10 year Elijah Craigs. Keep this thing for at least another 6-8 months cause it was like drinking bourbon with a slight taste of beer.
