I was intrigued when I saw the Modern Times tap list for the Flying Saucer RBW event. It looks the brewery does random drops in markets. The Total Wines in the area received a shipment of the year-round cans and the fall seasonal IPA. I swung by TW today and they had an entire end cap devoted, along with glassware. Enjoy.
I was told that the current drop into the area is simply to test the market. I thought their Blazing World hoppy amber was outstanding and picked up a good amount of it. Grab some while you can as we may not see it again, though I hope that is not the case.
I tried blazing world, fortunate islands, black house and orderville. Blazing world is one I would repeat buy. The rest didn’t really stand out, but that says more about the embarrassment of riches on the shelves than it does about them.
