I am looking over my Funky Bow Brewery G-String Pale Ale and I noticed under the five cent redemption (for Maine) "ONE PERCENT FOR MOFGA". Does anyone know what MOFGA means? The brewery is out of Lyman, Maine.

Has anyone met an inorganic farmer? You know, one who doesn't need any carbon to grow plants.

Inorganic molecules can still contain carbon...organic molecules must have carbon, hydrogen AND oxygen to be considered an organic molecule capable of building some component of life. Plants and animals need inorganics to live (O2, H2O, CO2, etc), but life can only be built out of a subset of the 4 organic molecules.

I know what you were trying to say, but as a physiology professor, I couldn't let the chance to discuss molecules slip past
