Excited for this, been waiting since about November. Should be interesting because for their last non adjunct BA called Singularity I got there at around 1am-2am and people did not start lining up until about 3am or so. Im trying to gauge what time to get there.

I think with singularity they were available until opening. My buddy went at 9 and was fine. That was 210 bottles, but at 2 per person. Much more limited and not as costly. I don't anticipate needing to be there earlier than 9.

No brother, there’s already more than 100 people here I wouldn’t have made it if I came at 9.

You would think the Sacramento area has heard immunity by the shear amount of folks crowing around and not wearing masks this morning for the release.

Didn’t it take until after 3:00 to sell out?

Sounds like i was correct, yet again. I am a member, but dropping after this year.
Could have came at 2 and got a set, but they sold out around there.

I will say, I didn't expect to care for the set but was extremely surprised with how good they were. Moksa has never been known for their Bwine. We popped all 4 bottles. 2x bourbon and bourbon cognac were best, but all similar to be honest.

I will be enjoying my set with friends.

yeah not many BW's from moksa, but they had one a few months back, gooey chew that was pretty good. Advertised as a "pastrywine". Yeah I'm not sure if I will renew my membership either. Singularity, Pastry Mode, Nutterzzzz, BA pastry method , Joyous Almonds, the anniversary bottles, all public sale.

that makes sense. Felt like the parking lot was very full around the time I responded but I guess there wasn’t as many people as I thought.

But to be honest, the set is fantastic. Ill be drinking mine vs trading as I originally intended to do. If you dig sticky sweet barleywine with killer barrel they're fantastic.

Looks like some kind of West Coast version.. J Wakefield Collab.

    https://www.instagram.com/p/CLpQTOAl2Sf/

Currently in the tanks we have Changes, an Imperial Stout that will be treated with heaps of coconut, vanilla, and coffee. This is the same collaborative recipe that was brewed since 2016. We will also be brewing a separate recipe intended for barrel aging that will be stored in different oak barrels for about two years.

For the locals, bottles and draft will be ready in March.

Haven't had a Moksa IPA in quite some time.

Juice Traveler DIPA. Great Notion Collab. Apricot and Stone fruit up front.

    From their IG...

Does this mean it will be at Hawk's Provisions & Public House in Sac? Or something new entirely? Intriguing.

In the Facebook comments, they said they were NOT ready to announce the location yet.

Hawks already has locations in Sac and Grantie Bay. So not sure if that is even a factor. Looks like this could be an all new location.
