Awesome, thanks! I have had their stouts before, just wasn't sure on their IPA's.

Visited Moksa for the first time yesterday. No one seems to be talking about their two Cold Pressed Imperial Stouts with Mostra coffee, so maybe it's not a popular one? I picked up a bottle of each so I guess I'll find out.

But while I was there I tried 5 things:

    Snappy the Lager (Helles)
    By Popular Demand (IPL)
    Simcoe Showcase (Hazy DIPA)
Sunset Punch (Imperial Sour Blonde at a holy crap 12% ABV)
    Pastry Mode (Pastry Stout)

Unfortunately I tried the Helles after tasting Pastry Mode, so my palate was screwed up. My wife enjoyed it a lot though, especially with the 90+F weather.

The hoppy beers were my first experience and they were fine. As others said, not top tier for sure. But perfectly drinkable.

I know Moksa more for their lactose fruited sours and their stouts of course, and those both delivered. Sunset Punch was oh-so-deceptive in hiding the booze delivering huge smoothie-like flavors, although it does warm as it goes down the throat. Pastry Mode had a gorgeous aroma and flavor. While both highlights, not exactly the best beers to drink in the Summer, so I'll have to revisit when temps turn cooler.

Swung by Slice for a couple crowlers for pick-up too, so I'll get to try them very soon. Nice to know that Lincoln is a not-too-distant hop and skip away from Rocklin.
