You could try a dehumidifier with a hose into a sink so you don't need to monitor it. My basement started showing signs of spores on a few things, but after setting up the dehumidifier I haven't had a problem. It's a small investment and I was reluctant to spend the 200 bucks, but in the end I'm very happy with the results. Adding a fan for some air flow will also help, but as everyone pointed out the beer in the bottle will be fine. Just focus on making your living space a little cleaner.

My house is fine though, so slightly different story but thought I would throw the suggestion out there...

Bleach is a much more solid killer of mold. It smells like hell but works better and is far cheaper.

Florida living is the issue. Move to AZ.

Be careful with bleach. Some sources claim that while bleach may kill active mold colonies, the fumes may spread the spores, potentially making the problem worse if you have not mitigated the conditions for growth.

Isopropyl (rubbing) alcohol is much cheaper per oz. Bleach is too. Spray or wipe down each bottle with either.
