    I wonder if this means that they are no longer coming to the States via the Shelton Brothers.

    NOOOOOOOOO :slight_frown: Their booth was always one of my favorites at Vermont Brewer's fest, and I'm worried this means they won't be back anymore!

    I'm sure it does. It may take some time for the pipeline to clear, and to deal with the legal issues as they arise. I'd bet the brand might dry up in the market for a while, then reappear when the smoke clears.
