I seriously have to question the validity of chairs as a place holder.

 

People did the same thing for black friday last year down here in san diego. Plopped down chairs in front of the KnB that was getting regal and rare and then took off for a bit to sleep in their car.

I mean, if that is all it takes then when Alesmith does a cellar sale this year during SDBW I will just leave a chair there when I close down the tasting room the night prior and get there 5 minutes before opening. =P

 

"Waiting in line", the next excuse to have a 5am bottle share in a parking lot? Yikes.

 

I hear they're doing bottle pick up now. I wonder how long it took for someone to pop open one of those Kiss the Sky or One Tree and straight to the dome!

 

Isn't it fair game if bodies aren't present?

I know it'll be on tap for all to consume at the tasting room. But any growler fills of it today?

 

They typically don't do growler fills of the can release beers. Only dank daily is available I think for fills

 

Saw on their tap list that it was not available for fills as of yesterday. But thx.

Edit: Ah I take that back....it changed as of today. It is back on for G fills. I was in need of a 32oz fill for a wedding/reception later today in PV. Parking lot pours before the reception begins. Pre party drinks. Hope it won't be to crowded later.

 

Cans were done at 10:30ish. Dank not on anymore - no IPAs on growler fills today. Act Out still on for pours. Cheers!

1:30 am? Geez. So for those of you who have gone since they changed the time to to 10 am, what's the latest you can get there and still get your cans? Do they lower the max allotment as the day goes by like HPB?
