For all you Monk heads that scored this a couple weeks ago crack a can now, this is so creamy and soft, the mouth is incredible, zero heat, all fruit, insanely complex right now, this is morphing into one of Henrys strongest triple's to date.

Sorry is this is a dumb question, but does 4pp and 3pp mean 4 and 3 cans per person or 4 and 4 cases?

Part 2 of todays can release and it's a TIPA collab with The Veil. Citra, Motueka and El Dorado. I love El Dorado in Monkish beers and this is no exception. Just like Rinse In Riffs, this is shockingly drinkable at a couple days young, this puppy was canned on the 4th. If you got some today crack one of these and see for yourself how crushable this bad boy is straight out of the gate.

Drinking a Keys of Heaven right now. Every now and then Monkish remembers that they (used to) make Belgian beers. This is a fantastic quad. Easy to drink and has that signature Monkish Belgian yeast strain. A remembrance of things past...

 

In similar news, there is a new unfiltered pilsner, Runaways, on. Really crisp and really clean. Easily crushable. Wish this was on for growler fills because I would load up

Damn, that beer looks like a beautiful tropical shake!

 

Every TIPA I've had from Monkish has always benefited from time in the can. This is my last can of More Crates that is just hitting 5 weeks old and it's one hot boozy beer. Cant remember any other Monkish triple that this has happened to. I liked this one younger, very bizarre. Anyone else experience anything like this with More Crates ?
