That water bottle may be the dumbest merch I've seen in awhile.

 

I still don't understand the pin thing. I know a lot of breweries do these and I'm always scratching my head and wonder what people do with them? Put them on a jacket like a disney gang member? or on a hat? And those little pins are usually 8-10 bucks too

 

Yeah, people like to put them on hats and jackets. And on bags. Don't think too much about it, yo. Let the people have their pins.

 

Pins are fine. A $15 Monkish water bottle that holds 16 ounces is goofy as fuck.

 

But you’re cool with the pins though? The water bottle is $12, not $15. And the pins are $8 each. I won’t be purchasing either one, but I’d get much more use out of a water bottle than a pin. But that’s just me.

 

But one side of the bottles says Monk.

Had the day off from work. Just copped one of each of the three new releases today. No line when I got there round 2pm

 

A good friend of mine called me at 4pm today and asked me if I wanted anything from todays can release, I gladly had him grab me a four pack of Sticky. The amount of beers and variety of these releases lately make getting cans a hell of a lot easier.

A friend sent me a text about the release at around 12:30. I was busy at the time so figured I’d sit it out. Finished up work at 2:45 and figured I’d check the twitter. It said there were about 50 cases of each left so I figured I’d make a stop since it was on my way home. Got there at 3:15, no line. Easy as can be.

 

Profit margins are probably thru the roof on those things.

 

A 16oz SS insulated tumbler with Monks written on the side would be a better Merch item. That way a can of Monks would pour perfectly inside. I have a Yeti Tumbler that my 16oz can’s fit perfectly inside I take to places with me when only crap beer is served.

 

Yup. Left LAX at 220. Got there at 3. Grabbed one 4pk of Western and Green each. Back on the 405 to HB. Another hour I was home. Fuk the 405 on a Friday!

 

That would at least make since, yeah.

 

Monkish can put their name on anything and a bunch of the lot lizards will buy to the limit because they are conditioned to max every purchase.

 

Does anyone know what time last call is during the week? I see they close at 9pm. I have a friend flying in Monday night and he's wondering if it's worth heading over or not. Thanks in advance.
