Anyone know the Monkish hours for Christmas Eve/Christmas/New Year's Eve/New Year's Day?

If it follows previous years, it's probably something like:
    Christmas Eve: 11-4pm
    Christmas Day: CLOSED
    New Year's Eve: 11-5pm
    New Year's Day: 1-8pm

Are they brewing there? Or is it just a beer bar?

I’d say they will be brewing and serving there. It’s all set up for brewing already. Maybe making by some changes. And let’s hope they have food.

Worst case scenario, you're next to the Packing House, which is a food hall. They will also literally share a wall with Umami Burger.

A pic popped up on one of the brewer’s IG story about two weeks back showing him and Henry brewing on the system, so they’re definitely brewing there. I walked past it recently and they actually look like they have a substantial amount of brewing equipment there, more or less the same amount they had in Torrance before they expanded into the building behind them. Didn’t see a canning line or space for one, though. My guess would be growler fills/pickups of stuff canned in Torrance, but there was also only so much that I could see... so maybe there is a canning line? Who knows.

At the very least, it does seem like they will be opening very, very soon. Everything looks complete and ready at this point.

It would actually be cool if they treated it as maybe a place to experiment new recipes/techniques, since it's a smaller system. If they do, that would get me (living in the South Bay) to drive out there

First weekend of 'hmmm, where do I tipple tonight? Green Cheek? MT? Bottle Logic? Monkish?......all of them?"

The Grand Slam of beer guzzling.

Someone posted no growler fills until they get a CO2 line. 6 & 12oz pours. No food, but you can bring food in. No mention of cans.

Stopped in for their soft opening Sunday. Opened 10 minutes before 1. Left out an hour later and it was packed. It was like cats and dogs trying to get to our outdoor table. Pretty much same menu as the T location for to go and in house drinks. No food, but food from outside is welcomed. Umami next door was dead. Not much difference on inside/outside from the old Anaheim Brew Co. Just better, much better offerings. Parking will be an issue. No word on their Grand Opening.
