I wasn't too impressed with the My People Come First. Dial Seven Digits was much better IMO. Also, today the line was so slow. Got in line at 9:30am with wristband #306 - out the door at 12:15pm.

 

went last night and tried My People and some others. no lines, chill crowd. My People was good but it kind of cracked me up thinking about people sleeping in the parking lot to get cans of it

 

Did you happen to see what's on for growler fills (IPA's)?

Thx HT. Picking up my my brotha-in law Convict near Monks and dropping him off in the Anaheim area today. Haven't been by Monks in awhile. I'll hit it up and then check out this Offshoot thing to see if it's real.

I saw this guy there. He had a case of Up Up, Canniversary, Mumford, and Modern times cans. Just selling for straight cash... what has this world come to.

 

The entrepreneur above is simply meeting market demand and should be applauded for his determination and invaluable service to the community.

 

There's tremendous value in only having to wait in one line in order to snag multiple releases.

 

So did Monkish do anything about him or are the hazebros in a snitches get stitches mentality?

I think it was worth it stopping in for the 3 new IPAs. I had to drop off my brother in law near the area so I drove the extra miles to the Bruery. Pretty tasty. Looking forward to the can release. Plus I stopped in Mr Ks. Grabbed a bottle of Long Swim.

 

I've been drinking a bit of that Long Swim lately, wish they would can it

 

Agree. KRBC should can a DIPA, their Class V and a few more of their core beers. They've got a good start with JO as the IPA. Long Swim would be a good DIPA.

 

is this what the place is actually called or are we witnessing a new nick name being created for a brewery?
