The pizza dough IPA was delicious. I'm not even a big IPA guy, but I thought it was great. Not sure why the objection from some on this thread. It's just flour. It doesn't taste like pizza, it tastes like a hazy IPA. Eh, whatever.

 

I think most of the responses were alluding to the descriptor, meat balls and pizza dough flour doesn't exactly get my beer glands salivating. I had a taster last night and it was indeed a delicious IPA, super soft.

They are doing a Costco collab actually, but it's their hot dog IPA.

Does Monkish ever do weekend releases or is usually weekday? Will be in town this weekend and wondering the likelihood of them releasing one.

 

they rarely do, but their website said that there would only be one release this week which has already happened

The release for this week already happened, just fill up some growlers of whatever IPAs they're currently filling. Their growlers last for weeks and taste just as good as the cans without the line or hype.

 

hahaha. Nothing better than seeing the guy up front, so fucked up that he threw up in his own hands.

 

The current DIPA growler fill, Beats is Infinite, is great. Just get a couple of those. Also get some of that Vienna Lager, Walk on By, I thought it was a fantastic drinking beer.

Need to get myself some growlers of that, actually.

 

Gonna get that lager, been craving a pile or lager after green cheeks take on both. They were so damn clean. It just so happens I bank with Unify and I need to go after work

Anyone here with the super secret inside scoop on how Monkish will be doing their anniversary party this year?

With them saying ticket sales I would they're trying to do multiple sessions being last years turnout was busy until last call.
