to be fair, i'm sitting a case of B2 and compared to B3, I would probably give it away for five cans or so. it's $4$ or so.

No beer is worth that hype.

It would be a waste to open any of these now, these need at least 4 weeks to become the beer they were meant to be.

If this was the case, wouldn’t they have waited at least 4 more weeks before selling them?

Guess you’re right. Just seems weird to me to buy a 4 pack of beer but then have to wait a month before drinking it.

Personal preference's, some like them straight out of the gate, and I admit they are fun and tasty but they really develop nicely and gain layers of complexity you dont get straight from the tank with some age on them, as do all Monkish triples IMHO. Patience boys.....it has it's benefits.

Does this mean that monkish occupies all the space from where the tap room starts all the way to the back of the lot? Maybe monkish can upset the rest of the tenants (closer to western) and they will leave. Those units close to western would be great for a new taproom.

Agree with this. You could open one can a week and see it develop week to week. Or you could down the 4 16oz cans the same day/night. Up to you.

Or maybe Monkish and their homeless encampment should be the one to leave...

Getting a growler from Monkish of some kind of NEIPA tomorrow, not sure which one yet. I have a pop top growler. I wanted to save it a week before I open it. I know the fresher the better but will it hold up a week?

Absolutely! Popped open a 2 week old growler last night and it was great. I've kept growlers from monkish for 3-4 weeks and never had a problem. Enjoy!
