So does that mean the email distro gets first dibs or just an FYI that it will be on EB soon? I'm in town later this week, and have not tried anything from Monkish aside from the OH Collab and would love to be able to bring something home.

There's two EB sales. One for the pre-pre people and then one for the rest of us schmucks.
The rest of us get the normal website news letter email.
The pre-pre get first dibs (a day ahead of time) and then the general public gets the chance.

 

Last question, when does pick up start assuming the mopes like me have a shot Thursday at 10am? Hoping its this weekend...

 

they usually start pick up the saturday after the presale. If you miss out, they sometimes have extra bottles for in house consumption you you can at least try it when youre here.

 

Sucks that it sold out to the guy right in front of me lol. This didn't last nearly as long as La schmoove last time, even with about the same amount of cans available.

I ended up saying F it and drove out there. Got there @ 5pm and twitter said 75 in line. I was able to get some in about 15 minutes of waiting but it was cutting it close. Sold out a few ppl after me.

 

Nope, ran out earlier than LA Schmoove.

 

Do it if your trip out coincides with the pick up dates.

Has Monkish re-done any of the IPAs they put out so far? Sorry if this has been covered before, I haven't been paying that close attention since I can't make it to many of these

I think it would be funny if they were just trolling everyone and actually putting out the same beer every time with a different name

 

Spock it and Foggy? but I think Foggy was draft and growler fills only the 2nd time around.

 

correct. And they released Foggier, the DDH version of Foggy Window. and Bomb Atomically

 

Any word on whether or not they will have either of these on draft this weekend?

 

I want to say that they may have been done one as draft once and then they did it again as a canned release and draft, but don't quote me on that.

...and no, definitely not the same beer each time.
