    Pineapple Space Cookie is tasting pretty great, too bad it was 1 4pk pp. Need more Pineapple Space Cookie. Got a lil taste of everything and the pineapple added a lil tartness that was just divine.

    Walked in today, and it was dead. It was glorious . Saddled up to my bar seat, had several pours and walked out with a growler fill of Flee... Almost reminded me of the old days

    I can't get enough of Broadcasting Live, it might be my favorite IPA to date. It's just soooo good.

    On the flip side I also opened a Space Food and ugh - not my jam. It was meh fresh and mehhh a few weeks later. I have some extras if anyone is in the Rancho area and wants to give it a shot. Or vegas this weekend :sunglasses:

    I was looking through some old photos the other day and I found one of myself and a group at Monkish. No body there, and I don't think they had the barrels quite near the fermenters yet. The peg board menu wasn't up, and the no IPA sign was still hanging.

    If I remember right, there was literally....10-20 people in the tap room. 5-7 of them was our group.

    Checking in @ 10 days fresh. Just getting better if thats possible. The best DIPA they've done IMHO.

    It's really developed a lot more complexity instead of that straight on onslaught of Nelson Sauvin which BTW I love ! This really is a gem.

    Just curious if you’ve had Nelson or double Nelson from Hill Farmstead? I’m thinking about seeking some out for science. Also, did you ever get a chance to try the Professor’s Patent from Sara which was released back in August?

    I have had the Hill Farmstead beers and they are magnificent. I have not had any of the SARA Nelson hopped offerings.

    I can agree with @OTB. Their ipas r divine. Is it because they get their water from a well on the property?

    That and Shaun is very particular with the hops they receive for each beer to deliver a specific taste. Double Citra is one of the best IPAs I’ve ever had. Right up there with OG King Sue, OG Alpine Nelson, and 2014 Kern Citra.

    I’ve posted a picture before of their 2nd anniversary. It was me, one couple in the tap room and one couple in the back.
    I was drinking a Seme Della Vita.

    Hey, have any of you had this new batch of The Realness ? I think it's one of the best renditions to date, just tons of super ripe pineapple and tangerine and the body seems a bit softer than I recall, but it's been almost a year since I've had this.

    I understand for most, these beers out the gate are too green, but I love that abrasiveness from the hops as long as I dont get that hop burn.
