    Luckily I didn’t nor did I go since I don’t usually do weekend releases.

    Also I forgot it’s GABF weekend and that may have contributed to it not being one.

    Monkish has done several releases without Henry there so GABF wasn't the reason, actually there shouldn't be a reason as they said there would be one, MAYBE ? two releases last week, I crack up at how the lot lizard's interpret the word MAYBE as Definitely LOL.

    Lol, wish I could read that post. Was there on Saturday, but could have sworn everyone who was there at 10, or so, was in the shade for the most part. And even then, no one was telling anyone to wait in the sun anyway, haha. Definitely didn't look they were doing a release as well - cars parked in the back where the line usually is/etc.

    Used the time to meet new people and talk about past releases. was not the end of the world at all. XD

    This current new crop of Galaxy is mind blowing, this growler is completely different than the 1st one we tapped Friday, so aromatic complex and layered, the papaya notes are so up front on this. Wish this batch was canned so I could taste the evolution over the next month and more, but then again if they did can it I'd probably not have gotten any, so there's that:rolling_eyes:

    I'd say it's going to be Friday or Saturday:sunglasses:, but since I'll be nowhere near Monkish it really doesn't matter to me.

    There are two Monkish beers being canned that I am really looking forward too, Pre-Historic and Broadcasting, I have been told that the labels are done and they're coming soon. If I'm in town and able to be flexible when they drop those, I'll gladly turn into a lot lizard extraordinaire !

    I plan to go tomorrow after my first ever 12 hr shift. Planning to be there around 730 just for a few pours.

    Was thinking of going to grab cans today, but will they be sold out by 2:30 or so you think?

    Never go to the can releases, but this one sounds good and I'm out of work at 2 today and I pass by Monkish on the way home anyways.
